Where do you ship to?
We are based in the U.K but also ship worldwide
How long does processing and shipping take?
Our processing time is
3-10 working days
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 24hr tracked
International shipping takes 5-8 days, dependant on location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number attached for your relevant courier.
How much is shipping?
UK - £3.50 (Jewellery)
International - £8.00 (Jewellery)
Price will vary with clothing.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Jewellery items cannot be returned for exchange or refund due to health and safety reasons
Clothing Items are available for exchange within 14 days of receiving your items under special circumstance i.e (Damaged goods)

My item as arrived broken.
Contact us via email or website chat with your order number, a picture of the faulty product and any info you can give. We will get back to you ASAP to assist.
Can I buy Clip-ons?
YES we do!! At checkout please let us know in the notes section that you wish to order clip-ons.
Can I customise my order?
At this moment in time we do not customise orders. However feel free to send us an email with your query as it may be something we can look at doing.
What are your earrings made from?
90% of our earrings are made of acrylic but a small amount are made from polymer clay. This is always made clear in the product description.
